	Production area: Apulia region Grapes: 100% Primitivo Alcohol: 13,5% vol Refining: acciao e botti di rovere

	Wine features: intense red coloured wine. Wide bouquet, rich of ripe fruit’s hints and blueberry jam. Fruity aromas to the tongue; first it comes the cherry, and then flavours of ripe fruit, plums and a final unobtrusive note of vanilla. Smooth and mellow, it has a round, warm body and a lingering finish.

	Food matches: first dishes rich of sauces, pork, game, lamb and seasoned cheeses.
